Volunteers on Purpose is a spiritually motivated, not-for-profit organization, committed to giving sacrificial support to underserved communities through financial aid, community services, and physical labor.
Volunteers on Purpose was founded in 2019, when the Lord laid it on the hearts of a few people to execute the gospel commission found in Matthew 28:19-20; “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.”

Understanding the task that was set before a small group of no more than ten individuals, and with a burden to answer the calling for global missionary work in underserved communities, the answer to His calling became, “Here am I. Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8-13)

Our vision is to go wherever God sends us to increase health awareness and healthy lifestyle practices, meet physical and social needs, and support spiritual growth in underserved communities both locally and internationally. 
Our community outreach initiatives include sharing the gospel, free food and clothes distribution, professionally led health seminars, health clinics, health education, school scholarships, and evangelistic series, fund-raising through gospel concerts, donations, and sacrificial pledges.
Volunteers on Purpose is a movement that welcomes volunteers with a passion to serve. Founders, Kimroy Turner and Carlene Latouche, started the ministry in Florida USA, but members span different states including California, Georgia, and Florida. 
We also build partnerships in the communities we serve. We are a donation-based ministry who utilizes funds donated to meet the needs of those we serve. 
We accept donations and appreciate those who, even though they cannot be in the mission field, are willing to enable us to do the mission through their generous monetary gifts.
